We will take the time to match a network of buyers to your property. Being offered a ‘preview’ of your property can produce a sense of urgency and often exciting results! This function of our company certainly gives us an edge and you, the vendor, benefit as a result.

 Our most recent match-up was with a lovely gentleman who walked into our office and was pleasantly surprised with the time we took to get to know his likes and dislikes and make notes of these. That afternoon one of our Salespeople looked through the Total Match Up Buyers for the day and phoned the gentleman with a wonderful new townhouse for him to view. As soon as he viewed the home he loved it and yes, it went under offer that afternoon. Now thats great team work.
