• We only employ proven and successful people that have an edge, and are driven to achieve.  - Look out for our well-recognized Salespeople. The pride in their job comes from being referred again and again by their delighted vendors.
• We are one of only very few companies that restrict the number of homes each Salesperson will have listed at any given time. This is critical to you, the vendor, and ensures your Real Estate Salesperson is never made to compromise on giving their all plus more to the result you desire.
• Every Total Realty Salesperson is responsible for their own properties (homes for sale) and as a result they are not distracted from selling your home by having to 'work buyers' (take buyers around other agent's properties). At Total Realty no-one 'owns' a buyer, the buyer is free to see whichever property they wish to see through the agent who is responsible for selling that property.  This agent knows the home's best features and is the best person to show any buyer through the home. This approach provides a much more effective result for the buyer and the seller as it eliminates agent/company agendas and allows ALL buyers to view your home.
